MOVEMED accepts returns of products in accordance with applicable legal provisions for products that are defective or do not conform to their description. The customer has the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are unused and in their original packaging. For other cases, returns and replacements are subject to agreement.

- Right of Withdrawal In accordance with applicable law, consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 2 days of receiving the product without giving a reason.
- Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that:
- Have been custom-made.
- Have been unsealed and are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons.
- Have been used or damaged.
- Return Process
- The customer must notify the company in writing of their intention to return the product within the 14-day deadline.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged, and with all accompanying documents.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Refund
- The company will issue a refund within 3 days of receiving the returned product and upon verification that it is in the condition described above.
- The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase.
- If the product is defective within the warranty period, the customer has the right to request:
- Repair of the product.
- Replacement of the product with a new one.
- Refund.
- The company will cover the return shipping costs for defective products.
- Medical equipment is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
- If the equipment requires special installation or maintenance, the company may provide this service at an additional cost.
